PRE-PRODUCTION
+ It is paramount for us to be present from the beginning of production development. We will advise your team on waste reduction in all preliminary planning across each department.
+ We source and coordinate essential location vendors who are willing and able to follow our precise environmental needs and protocol.
+ Thoughtfully curated catering and craft services that are high energy, healthy and magically delicious; all while enforcing landfill diversion, promoting production staff wellness and supporting small location businesses.
+ We offer education and training for your team when necessary.
ON SET
+ A sustainable coordinator and WIN WIN PA will be on set daily to manage our hydration, catering and craft service stations, sort and document all waste, and implement earth centric problem solving as production shifts occur.
+ Discreet audits for carbon footprint tracking will be executed daily. We pride ourselves on doing this without distraction or interruption of the creative production process.
+ We will always be walking the walk but when it’s time to talk the talk, our team brings their big brains and friendliness should any issues or questions around sustainable practices arise. Sharing what we’ve learned is one of the great fruits of this labor….but we only talk shop when asked.
+ All food surplus will be donated daily to local food and shelter organizations. No one goes hungry and nothing gets wasted on our watch.
POST-PRODUCTION
+ Once the curtains close we complete all waste collection, making sure it’s sorted, measured and, most importantly, properly disposed of.
+ Donation of all surplus supplies, props, swag, set-design to local charities and those in need.
+ Oh yes friends, here’s the part where WIN WIN’s heart beats the loudest: crunching the numbers and stating the facts. We take the finest toothed comb through all resource expenditures to produce the most accurate assessment of the project’s environmental footprint.
+ So as to leave you with more than memories, we create a comprehensive sustainability report in the form of a client-branded presentation deck. You will not only be proud of what you did but you’ll also be provided with proof of exactly how you did it.
